MOTHER SON SELECTIONS The Mother-Son Dance is a special dance in which the Groom dances with his mother, usually to a song that has a special meaning, or has been picked out, by both of them.  Many times, if the couple has been married before, the bride will also dance with her son(s) during this dance as well.
